pretty_wardrobe @anitab0nita Thanks for your inquiry! Sorry, I do not know the number size conversions. But if you go to Net-A-Porter's website (they still have this dress, but with the white ties not pink), they have a size chart and you could message customer service for sizing advice.

pretty_wardrobe Hi @smjuliya ! Thanks for your inquiry about this pretty dress - I personally don't find the dress to be uncomfortable. It has smocking that allows it to have a little stretch and I don't notice a difference from other items I own with that technique. 🥰 💕I've added a new picture (last picture) to see what the inside of the dress looks like.
