alexisk147 Unstretched from seam to seam is like 13.5 I think. I'm not home anymore but I can let you know stretched tomorrow? I'm sure they'll fit, they could probably fit anyone in a 2 4 or 6 because of the stretch, that's why they're so comfy! Lol!
