Hi, question-is the skirt adjustable in some way? The size range is really big, so I wasn’t sure how it would fit someone closer to the 9-12 months sizing.

@ix10 it’s elastic & I felt the same way when I purchased it but my baby’s tummy held it up & she wasn’t big lol
