SOLD NEW ECI New York Silk Dress sz 12

Beautiful silk dress by ECI - Size 12. This features a side zipper, ties in the back and measures 18.5" across the chest (underarm to underarm) and 39" in length (shoulder to hem). The colors are a gorgeous shiny teal and black. It is made of 93% silk and 7% spandex. The lining is 95% polyester & 5% spandex. This has never been worn and is in pristine condition with no snags, tears, stains or fade.
