PTP Measurements 19 inches across material does have stretch. Which makes it comfortable. Women all have different Breast sizes so stretch is important 😁. front of dress is little higher and back longer giving it illusion of a train. From the Shoulder to bottom in front view it Measures 60 inches. I will post pictures. if you buy today I will ship tomorrow. these is a new dress, tags fell off. no sequence replacement come with dress. if you're interested I will take $15 off for today only.
