@amz907 I think so! If it helps I usually am a small in gymshark (I can wear xs I just prefer the smalls), and am usually a 4 in lulu (I can wear a 2 bit prefer 4s).. and these fit me!

@amz907 These are the resillient material and that one is like 100% true to size. if you were to buy an effortless material size, they are extremely stretchy so youd be able to wear the same pair if u sized up or down, and the intensity material is more of a spandexy pant that may fit large on you outside of the gym but theyre more of a just in the gym kind of pant because when u start to get warm and sweat they become extremely form fitting.
