SOLD!! NWT Black Slip Dress by Victoria's Secret

SOLD!! NWT Black Slip Dress by Victoria's Secret. Very feminine.Top flows with ruffles in the bodice and just above the hem. I don't see a fabric tag, but it feels like poly or chiffon. I don't know if this was meant be be a slip or a slip dress, but I bought it to wear to a wedding in April and it was too cold. It is 2 separate pieces (a silky slip and a sheer ruffled slip dress) which is why I think this is a dress. It definitely falls very nicely. So flattering!
