This dress is NWT. The boutique that I purchased from stated it was missing a few stones but I didn't notice it. The color is more of a seafoam add shown in the cover photo.
The dress has a lace overlay with nude accents. There is a modesty panel in the clevage section. The dress has built in pads and a lace train. The lace section is covered with individual beadwork.
This dress is great for proms, pageants, homecoming, or any formal. Please feel free to make a reasonable offer
