dressedtosell Hi! Are you normally a 6.5? My husband bought his a size bigger. Just wondering if you thought they will fit true to size with thick socks?

chdh1212 @dressedtosell I'm a size 6 in shoes and 6/6.5 in sneakers depending on brand. I would say that I own size 6 Merrell hiking sneakers and they fit me perfect with socks and I've done a ton of hiking in them. These shoes seem to fit fine also but I haven't really worn them for more than a minute indoors...

dressedtosell @chdh1212 Thank you for getting back to me! Definitely interested. I am looking at a couple of different pairs and will probably make a decision in the next few days. Went on my first lengthy hike today and realize Nikes just aren't cutting it. Do you ever consider trades? If so, do you want to take a glance at my closet and see if there is anything you are interested in? Not a big deal if not...just trying to move some stuff out before brining more in. :)

chdh1212 @dressedtosell I totally know that moment when it comes to hiking!! I myself came upon that when I slipped while hiking when my sneakers didn't have enough traction on some damp leaves. I was deciding between Keens and Merrells and prefer Merrells more as they are more comfy if it helps. I don't trade but let me know if these boots end up winning your consideration!

dressedtosell Lol! We hit some icy spots on the side of a ravine and I swear my life flashed before me 😁. My husband has a really nice pair of Keens he wore on an Outward Bound trip. I think I will go by REI and try on a couple, but then buy here. No worries, I don't usually trade either... Just thought I'd ask. Happy Thanksgiving! Amy
