brittanysealey @mjt_attire It's 28" long. Completely fanned out, the bottom of the skirt is 48". The elastic waist is 12" and stretches up to 22". Let me know if you need anything else!

brittanysealey @mjt_attire Ignore that first reply! Wrong skirt. This one is 26" long, 53" fanned out at the bottom, 12" elastic waist that stretches to 19".

mjt_attire @brittanysealey My concern with not being lined is that it may cling to tights or pantyhose, I need a smooth non-static surface inside.

brittanysealey @mjt_attire The one time I wore it, I wore pantyhose, and there was no static. I'm not sure about tights though.
