Navy polka dot dress with a lime collar. Can be worn with or without the belt. Has a bit of a peplum near the hips. It's open from the back, has a side zipper, and a button on the back where the collar is. Includes extra button. Never been worn. Hits 1in - 1 1/2in above the knee (I'm 5'2 so it's a good length for short people). New with tags.
