I'm unsure of the brand- bought it at a local buy/sell boutique. Looking online it might be F21? Pricing low regardless the brand. Never worn since it was bought. Super flattering. This top reminds me of Summer ☀️ -No tags at all but Material is a linen-like material. Is white and light blue stripes. -Has an open back and plunging neckline. -It has long ties I'm assuming to tie in back like a bow or around the front of you, but they don't make a difference- if I was going to keep it I'd just cut them off. -No size tags.
