This skirt is amazing. ❤ It's been one of my favorites but I haven't had the chance to wear it! It's an elegant seasonal piece. The tuelle (tulle) has minor super small holes on the outer layer of the skirt. Unnoticeable! I am a small and this fit due to the elastic band. It is made for a medium.
