topaz5 Hi, could you provide measurements? What kind of fabric?

beeroyce @topaz5 Sure. It's 95% cotton and 5% spandex. Length wise, it's 2 feet. Width wise, it's 1 foot. If it helps, I'm between a size 2-4 and I'm 5'3. The fabric is super stretchy though, so it could fit a medium as well.

topaz5 Thanks, what is the waist measurement? And the hips? Is it high waist? Is it polka dot black or navy blue? I can't tell the color.

beeroyce @topaz5 the waist is 1 foot long. If you want to wear it high waisted you could. I did because I prefer high waisted bottoms, but because they are so stretchy, they will rest on your hips of you prefer a low-rise look. It is a black polka dot skirt.
