darenzia @ddavidsonmd the official size on the label is “S”. These came in standard S/m/l sizes and not 38-40-42 euro sizing.

darenzia @ddavidsonmd the NYC boutique which used to be on 14th St in the meat packing district. I assure you this is authentic as my fittings were always handled by McQueen’s right hand man before his passing, Max Cantey. The runway dress with the padded shoulder from the 2009 resort collection came in S-M-L.

darenzia @ddavidsonmd If you go to the McQueen website, you will see that all of their knitwear is sized in letter sizes, and non-knitwear is in IT number sizing. This is the runway rayon knit version, and hence is labeled in letter sizing. I'm not familiar with the non-padded sleeve version of the dress you have, but looking at the photos, it appears to have a back zip and is made of a different material with a lining, which explains why yours would have a number size. Hope this helps!
