It has an adjustable strap for a customizable fit. There are stars, grommets and bling! The back side and strap are a maroon-ish/purple-ish color. There are two zippered pockets inside, and two slip pockets inside. There are no pen or make-up marks inside. It's very clean. There is a zippered pocket and a slip pocket on the back side.
