SOLD Off the shoulder Bardot Floral mini dress

The absolute cutest dress! It has puffy balloon sleeves and an elastic neckline that can be worn on or off the shoulders. I thinks its beautiful but unfortunately it was too big for me. Double lined with crinoline. 100% polyester so it doesn't wrinkle Measurements taken flat: 20" pit to pit 15" waist (19 fully stretched) 27" length Is a size 10 but because of the material and elastic neckline and elastic waist it is definitely suited more to fit a 12 or 14 as well.
