SOLD Omega Seamaster DeVille 14k Solid Gold Automatic caliber 550 Vintage 1966

All Original, likely never serviced. Beautiful watch, but I don't wear it, so moving it on. Solid, 14K yellow gold case with double-signed dial. Case reference LL6590-1 is similar to the 165.020, but made by Ross in USA. Original silver dial with radial sunburst and gold applied Omega logos and indices. Dial is very nearly perfect with minimal to no patina. Excellent condition gold dial hardware, non-cardinal indices have intact tritium markers. Very good condition hands, with some pitting on the seconds hand. Intact tritium insets match dial lume. Lume fades quickly after charge, completely dark within 25 seconds. See pic after charging with UV lamp. Original facets are still sharp with well defined edges throughout. Scuffs and scratches commensurate with age. The case definition indicates it has likely never been polished. - 34.0mm case width, not including crown - 40.3mm lug-to-lug - 9.8mm thick, including crystal - 17.7mm lug width Original signed crown and crystal. Exceptional looking caliber 550, matching rose-gold-tone appearance throughout. Black polished screws look like they haven't been touched since they left the factory. Watch keeps excellent time and power reserve is at least a day. Manipulating the crown for time setting feels very good with minimal play. Watch winds with a little resistance. New 18mm matte black French lamb strap with gold tone buckle. A service is recommended if you intend to wear this watch. Smoke-free, pet-free home.
