SOLD Piazza Sempione Swiss Dot Blouse

Delicate button-down blouse by Italian luxury fashion house Piazza Sempione. Sheer cream crepe with black polka dots and a small breast pocket for whimsy. Perfect for my petite friends! Approx. 14" across at the bust, 20" long in the front, and 19" long in the back. There is no size tag, but I believe this to be an Italian 36/French 34, so best for a true 00 or 0. Preloved, but great condition. Only visible wear is a few stray fibers.
