Denis Vibert, a nationally recognized Studio Potter from Sullivan Maine since the 1950's. Vibert’s pieces are highly-collectible and hard to come by, and this piece is no exception being very rare. Denis's Pottery Art has been featured at exhibits all over including the iconic Traveling Smithsonian Museum and The Worcester Art Museum! In addition, his pottery collection has been shown at numerous Universities, Art Exhibits and Museums. A rare mid-century pottery art creamer that is handmade,and Signed. A pre-owned pottery collector's piece in next to new condition being a decorative display, never used. Signed by the artist “Vibert Maine” on the base. Crafted at Pine Treen Kiln in Sullivan, Maine by Denis who handmade all his artwork. This creamer was made with a Mottled Color Glaze on top blending into a still matte. Blended colors are a blueish/white/cream mixed into the natural matte unglazed brownish/red tone. Being handmade any imperfections are apart of the art and cosmetics.
