SOLD Rare vintage 50’s Christian Dior New Look emerald green cocktail dress XS

Rare and amazing 1950s Christian Dior "New Look" cocktail evening dress. The dress is exemplary of Dior's new look - it includes a pleated skirt ending below the knee, a cinched waist, and a fitted bodice. The dress features a square neckline that gives way to short sleeves, a collar draping the back, and bows to accentuate each side of the bust. The skirt is full and has a black crinoline to further accent the narrow waist. Fabric is gorgeous green and looks like silk blend or silk shantung. Partial zip at back. Measurements are approximately 16” across the bust and 12.75” across the waist. Recommended size XS to small, but please go off of measurements. Great condition with minor discoloration at underarms. Small faint spot as seen in pic. I have not treated the dress. Feel free to ask questions.
