Worn twice. Custom American flag Crossfit shoes. In like new conditions, minus the dirt on the soles. Runs true to size. Super comfortable. I don't Crossfit, but ordered them specifically for the American flag as well as Crossfit shoes are great for various gym activities (lifting as well as cardio)I thought I could get away with an 8.5 and they are just a tad too snug for the shoes I like to wear to the gym. dreachap @cjsoccerx11 it just depends on the brand but generally a 9 these days, but certain shoes I can do an 8.5. I swear my feet grew after I started having babies 😂😂
