Black Converse One Star Shirt dress, cute detailing near buttons, worn but in great condition and no fading, fabric holds up and looks great, no visible snags or pulls, except it's missing a belt loop. Comes with faux leather rope belt. Can be a long tunic with leggings. Loved this shirt really light but my postpartum bod doesn't fit it anymore!

The arms aren't loose to me I wouldn't say tight but they fit to the arm.
