jg93 @island_lilly21 one last question, are you sure the hips are 18.5? that makes it 36 inches round. Considering the SFC sizing that would be the hips of size M. so would this dress run big?

I went ahead and took another measurement of the hip of the dress lying flat and without stretching the fabric and measuring it exactly how it lyes the measurement is 17” across (18.5” is measuring the fabric stretching it flat) I hope that helps and if you have any further questions please let me know.
