SOLD Strapless floral dress

Wore this to graduation. Ruffled top. Band at the waist and beautiful floral striped bottom. I'll be honest it is a little too short. Would recommend to petite babes. One side of the top does have a missing stitch? So the ruffle is leaning down but can be easily fixed. So pretty you can pair it with a light cardigan and some flats.
