Vintage 100% silk blouse from Talbots in a size 12 Petite. Tag says Petite but I think it would fit standard sizes too because it is flowy and loose.
Tiny snag on front right chest as shown in photos. Not noticeable when worn.
Original buttons replaced (spare buttons included). Adjustable wrist size.

There is a small snag on the front right chest area (added a pic). Nothing really noticeable when worn as far as I can see. The buttons are also replaced, not the original buttons.
