SOLD Tiffany Puffy Heart Cutout Necklace

This necklace was a gift and much loved at the time, but I haven't worn it in a few years so it's time for it to find a new home with someone else. The heart is .925 sterling silver on a 16in chain with the Tiffany hallmark. I no longer have the box but it will come with its original blue pouch.
