pingzing8 Might be difficult being a halter style, but what is the length, neck to hem?

lexiesorrentino @pingzing8 @unicoie5 from the end of the straps on the chest to hem it is 26 inches. The whole thing including straps to hem is 32". I am almost 5'3 and it goes 3" above the middle of my knee. It's a good length I'm just very petite as well so I didn't like how it hung on me
