@lindseyloulou15 Hi :) Idk which bras youre familar with but it is not as much as the Bomshell (Add 2 cups). I'd say between a cup and a cup and a half of padding. It gives great cleavage without looking fake. And the back is really sexy with the straps :) Hope that helps. If you have any more questions please let me know :)
