Ruby red Velvet Ruffled Vintgage 1990s Maxi Dress Fabric: Velvet (poly mix, only slight stretch), no zipper, and not much stretch - so must go by measurements listed. I purchased this dress at a local boutique in 1998. Only wore it one time (for New Year's eve...) loved this dress very much! It just doesn't fit me anymore or I will be keeping her.
