Vintage mid century 40s/50s cream fascinator with antique colored roses and tulle with rhinestones. Made by Darling in the USA. Has some discoloration from age but adds to the antique feel. Faux roses fixed to the back, cream hat is wrapped in tulle with rhinestones scattered throughout. Wired all around so you can adjust the shape to fit your head.
