Stunning Alyce Designs dress from 1980s. Dark pink sequins, floral design at the top of the waist w/beaded accents, puffed sleeves that can sit at or below the shoulder have rhinestones sprinkled across them. There is a slit in the bottom back to allow ease of walking & dress weights are at the inner bottom to keep it in line.
