Vintage American Eagle Outfitters Wool Pleated mini skirt 💜 Fall 2002 Gently worn and has been in storage. Wool skirt with synthetic lining. Cute side buckle detail fastens with velcro, side zip. Buckle reminds me of the miu miu buckle ballet flats! Lining has a few small holes but otherwise excellent condition! Size is 6, approx 30” waist 38.5” hip- lining does not stretch! 30” should be for upper hip measurement since this is low waisted. Will sit higher if you are closer to 30”!
