*SOLD* Vintage ILGWU Union Made Pencil Sheath Dress Polka Dot Red Black Sm Med

Vintage ILGWU Pencil Sheath Dress Polka Dot Red Black Sm Med 70s 80s Mod Pinup Adorable sheath style pencil midi/knee length dress with a high waist. Skirt is red with tiny polka dot print and the black top part is almost a boatneck with slight rouching around the neck. Closure is a zip up the back. This dress is true vintage made by the International Ladies Garment Workers Union, a vintage label that has been around since 1900! This particular dress was manufactured between 1974-1995, as you can tell by the red white and blue label. There are no size tags but the material has quite a bit of stretch and I would say it fits a size Small-Medium or a 4-6 dress size best. I’m modeling it and I’m 5’8 and measure 32D-25-35 for reference. The dress itself is in immaculate condition. No noticeable signs of wear.
