SOLD Vintage Victor Costa Gown

The quintessential '80s formal dress! 100% acetate, made in the USA, oversized bow at neckline, zipper back. Caramel Polka dots on a shimmering deep chocolate brown background. Black tulle lining the skirt. The only flaws I can find are cosmetic (small snags in the fabric and marks that can be cleaned easily) See additional photos for flaws mentioned.
