Great 80s style with this genuine leather pencil skirt. Bought at a vintage store in Berlin and unworn since then. It is vintage sizing but fits like a zero or size XS. For reference, I am 5' 3" 125 lbs (26-28" waist and 36" hips) and it fits comfortably, as pictured

kootja @poshboxfashion measured flat it is 14" waist and 18" hips (so 28" and 36"), though I got 29" when using a tape measure all around the waist. I'll post some photos on a model in just a moment. 23" length and sits high on the waist.
