Sorry I’m late to respond, I’ve been moving all weekend 😮‍💨 but I will give you measurements to this and the other item tomorrow!! :) Also it’s not super itchy, but it is a little. Like it’s fine to wear with a t-shirt or tank top under but if I only wore a bra it would be a little uncomfortable to me
