It's a poly/ cotton blend with a robust twill & it's got a nice sheen to it. Vivid true blue with yellow trim & wrap tie belt. And of course, the playful zig-zag stitched patches are just everything! A happy lil' frog on his lily pad, orange polka-dotted cat tails, & a fluttering butterfly. Oh, & those big yellow bug eyes with the blue buttons... This is an A-line wrap around skirt with an adjustable waist. ♡ MEASUREMENTS (flat across) Waist: 12 1/2 - 14 1/2" Hips: 21 - 24" Length: 28" ♡ FABRIC 65% poly 35% cotton NO STRETCH Dry clean or hand wash in cold. ♡ CONDITION Looks new.
