Tie-back halter mini dress evokes the psychedelic '60's with a fresh interpretation of English paisley in fire engine red, hot pink and mustard yellow. Very nice quality with a flattering seamed surplice bust, empire waistline and an "A" shaped skirt below. Fully lined in soft pink cotton, with gussetted sides for a more secure fit.
