❌SOLD❌ Vtg western high waisted skirt

Vintage western ruffled gypsy style skirt. Rockmount brand “ranch wear”. Beautiful pattern, high waisted, and hits at the knee. 100% cotton, made in the USA, and in very good condition. Tag size 22-24. But waist band is elastic and fits a 25” waist fine on model. I think could fit up to a size 26/27. Model is 5’6” for reference. Flat measurements Waist: elastic relaxed 10”, pulled taut 14” Length 23”
