I would say my bottoms are about a 4 and it fits me fine but i'm just a little to tall for it so it looks to short, i'm 5,7 but I have long legs.

About medium, it fits comfortably on the top of my hips but isn't to high, it can be pulled up higher if you like it better that way and it stays
