This ring gorgeous and incredibly unique! But it also comes with a nice little history lesson! This ring is specifically referred to as a 'witches heart ring' and that's because of the shape of heart. An open heart pendant where the tail of the heart twists to the right has been a shaped used through history but started in the early 15th century. These pendants were used as a charm to ward off evil. This is why the heart center of this ring twists to the right instead of sitting exactly in the center. The band is made of white gold and yellow gold twisted together which makes for a lovely design detail. The stones sat in the heart are brilliantly blue turquoise and the very center set in a five prong setting is a small seed pearl. The ring is currently a size 5.5 in US sizing.
