lol I can fit a size 5 jeans but theyd be a little tight so id say you would need a small? nike pro leggings are really tight on the calves(or so ive noticed) so it would depend on how tight youd want them. I fit these but im a size 7 or 5 jeans, im 5'8 and slim around 140lbs (reallyyyy small calves) so the small fits me best cause I like them tight lol @maibes5 hope that helps!
