A one of a kind gem features a strapless sweetheart neckline, fully lined in red satin, structural boning built into the bodice (4 metal bones in total), a defined waist that dips into the super full circle skirt, and a built-in soft red tulle tiered ruffle crinoline to give the skirt dramatic volume.
