@concept I had a couple of ideas for it but I just had a baby so it doesn't fit me right now and I'm not sure if I'll be small enough while the weather is warm, so never got to wear it. I was thinking a body suit tank. I had a lilac one with cross straps in the back or if I put a slip under it I was gonna wear one of those crop top wraps or a crop turtleneck tank. Love those looks!

The tag appears older and is not a common or recognizable brand which is another reason I believe it's older aka vintage . Please also note that the skirt on the left is the item that's for sale. The photo of the woman on the right is to showcase and suggest how one might go about styling the skirt In a current way if they were to buy it.
