It can be worn over or below the knee. It is truly stunning and no longer made by Frye. I wore these boots one time and then moved to a very warm climate where I can never wear the boots. They are almost new and in excellent condition. It pains me to let it go but I want someone who loves boots to enjoy them since I don't get the opportunity to wear them at all.
