@sarahjones1 You need to hang onpto the items and all packing material until the claim is settled. You can start the claim process. A proof of purchase or bill of sale is needed (PayPal invoice). Evidence of insurance is needed (included with any value up to $50). The tracking number is needed.

@amlee I don't think this is going to be possible. My garbage day was yesterday and the packing envelope went out to the garbage. I still have the original box. The envelope wreaked of alcohol and nail polish remover and the box looked warped and some of the cover bubbled up. It looked like it spilled out and then dried

@amlee I mean the package itself looked fine but when I opened it it wreaked and you could clearly tell from the smell and the condition the actual box was in (warped and bubbling up on the top and sides) that had leaked all over everything. Let me know what you hear. I'm wondering if they'll fight it bc usually they ask if there's any liquid inside and if sealed it would not have been a problem. But being that it was opened they might fight it.
