🌹SOLD 🌹two layer red velvet burnout dress

Long, two layer, empire waist, spaghetti strap velvet burnout dress. A relic from the 90’s, tagless but very lip service style. Pair w docs for grunge look. Two ties in back for a bow, slit on side of dress and side zipper. Excellent condition, area where tag used to be pictured, and a small tear at the top of the side slit also pictured. Lovely dark red wine kind of color.
