1940s novelty ribbons bow detail dress. Details: Metal side zipper Bust 18 flat Waist 12.7 Flaws: some slights fading and some veryy small stains along bottom and top of dress. Not very noticeable. I did give this a soak. So cute but another one that is just not the right fit for me.
