@aleesuhnikohl hi! I’m sorry I’m in the process of moving right now so I don’t have them on hand at the moment. I would say they are about a 12-12.5 rise. I have a really long torso and these were super high rise on me. I would say they would fit a 2-4 the best. They are a 26 leaning 25. For reference I’m a size 27, sometimes 28. Hope this helps 😊
